We are all unfinished.

I’m an Executive Coach and a Recruiter. For 20+ years I have worked at the intersection of performance and presence, helping leaders stay true to themselves while navigating pressure and complexity.
How I work
Most personal development stays in the head. Mine begins in the body.
For the past 20+ years, I’ve coached senior leaders, facilitated team transformation, and helped organizations recruit high-performing executives.
I do this through what’s called an Embodied Leadership approach, which blends executive coaching, somatic practices and modern neuroscience. We don’t just talk about leadership, we train it.
In most of my conversations, I come back to four essentials:
True leadership comes from engaging every aspect of our identity.
In most of my conversations, I come back to four essentials:

Presence
Presence
The capacity to fully show up in the moment, clear, impacting, and connected.

Purpose
Purpose
The inner compass that orients your leadership toward something greater than personal success.

Pattern
Pattern
The unproductive habits that take over, especially under pressure.

Practice
Practice
The commitment to repeat what matters, until it shapes your leadership.

My training and accreditation
Alongside my MBA, I’m a certified Executive Coach from HEC Paris and an Executive Somatic Coach trained at the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership (California). I also hold a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and a certification from Newfield Network (Colorado) in ontological coaching .
I'm certified to deliver The Leadership Circle Profile 360°, a world class assessment linking leadership effectiveness with internal beliefs and behaviors.
My own practice goes deeper than methodology and certifications. Years of self-exploration, somatic work, and silent retreats taught me to inhabit what I teach.
In just a few hours I learned a lot about myself.
"I practiced being whole and present to what I care about and now I have the tools to not forget."

What brought me here
Traditional career
Before I started coaching, my professional life followed a pretty traditional route: I graduated from business school with a Masters in Management. I worked in recruitment for 12 years before setting up my own successful recruitment business.
Something was missing
But I felt disconnected, unfulfilled, as if something was missing. When a friend suggested coaching, I took part in a world class leadership development programme. And it changed everything.
A new awareness
I realised that I made all my decisions with my mind and neglected what my emotions and my body were trying to tell me. I realised that my assumptions were not “the way things were” as I had always supposed – they were just my interpretation of things. And I realised that all these new insights weren’t going to change anything unless I put them into practice, every day. So that’s what I did.
Transformation
Now I can observe and adapt my own behaviours. I make more meaningful decisions. And I lead from a different place.
The ongoing journey
It’s not always easy. It requires discipline and commitment. But every day is better because I’m on this journey.
Today
Today I live a simple life with my wife Angela and my two kids, Julie and Liam. I like to devote most of my time to five activities:

-
My coaching practice: helping corporate leaders grow their leadership presence and impact.
-
My recruitment work: supporting organisations to hire high-performing, inspiring and responsible leaders.
-
The simple moments I enjoy with my family and the other communities I care about.
-
The personal practices that support my own exploration of a life with more meaningful productivity and serenity.
-
Ongoing learning and transmission, drawing from both ancient disciplines and modern leadership science.
