I offer A CUSTOMISED 3-4-MONTH JOURNEY, typically 6-8 sessions of 1.5 hours. We start with what you care about, your values, your patterns, what's been holding you back, and support you in taking the actions needed to transition to your next executive career step.

A good relationship with your coach is essential. After all, we can only make positive progress if we trust each other and if our expectations are well matched. In this first stage of your coaching, we make a commitment to the process, defining objectives and conditions of success and agreeing timelines and logistical details.
EXPLORING YOUR SELF
We slow down. We look at what's been shaping your choices, your values, your patterns, what you've been telling yourself about what's possible. From here, a clearer picture starts to emerge.
TAKING A STAND
We develop and verbalise a vision for your career. We deepen your self-exploration by examining the drivers that play a role in different domains of your life. Through practices, you also learn to listen more deeply to yourself and to stay connected to what matters to you.
PRACTICING YOUR WAY
You know what matters. Now you practice living it, making decisions from a clearer place, setting boundaries, moving toward what's actually yours.
Making it happen
We develop a practical action plan that can help you achieve your objectives. This may include steps such as building your professional network, reviewing your personal branding and upgrading your CV. You make a commitment to practicing these actions so you can build the career that you want.

For the past 20+ years, I’ve coached senior leaders, facilitated team transformation, and helped organizations recruit high-performing executives.
I do this through what’s called an Embodied Leadership approach, wich blends executive coaching, practices inspired by martial arts and modern neuroscience. We don’t just talk about leadership, we train it, through breath, posture, rhythm, and movement.
