Head of Global Marketing Communications - Industry
My client is one of the world's largest manufacturer in its industry. They are represented in 36 countries with around 3400 employees and have 7 plants, and production facilities in Europe and asia. Their goal is to achieve sustainable international growth in the coming years. The headquarter is based in Belgium.
The Head of Global Marketing Communication is part of the Global Marketing organization designed to lead the change process towards a more efficient customer centric marketing communication approach around the globe. He/she manager will drive a customer centric brand and communication strategy, unsure the development of regional communication plans and relevant content for the key customer touchpoints and support international and local teams in their development.
Develop a effective customer centric brand strategy.
Professionalize global brand marketing communication approach by reinventing the role within the organization and by proposing a new working model with BUs and Regions
Develop with the teams communication strategies and plans for each BU and the B2B Brand
Generate relevant content for digital and offline channels
Manage the marketing communication budget
Ensure functional and industry expertise of the teams
Train coach, challenge and develop the global and regional teams
Deep knowledge of B2B Marketing communication (specifically digital) and related processes with a proven track record in bluechip organizations
International and cross-functional experience
Experience in designing processes and implementing them
Senior Manager with 15 years’ experience
Master degree from top university or business school
Strong communication, pragmatic with a bias for implementation, can take the customer point of view, not afraid to challenge the status quo, servant leader, seeks collaboration naturally, open and energetic, resilient, engaging way of working
