You explore results, initiate future‑oriented conversations and lock in the shift you want with measurable targets.

Month 3 - We mobilize the shift

We take your team to an intensive 2 days off‑site to tackle live strategic issues while embedding centring and coordination drills that travel back to the job.

Month 4 — You integrate and commit

You follow a micro‑practice roadmap with peer accountability and we meet again for a ½‑day review to cement gains, lock habits, and set next commitments.
